War Memorial in Milngavie town centre If anyone knows the proper name for these beasties i'd be gratefull. Their copious drooling aside, I wouldn't mind owning one.........
Friendliest moggy of the year award goes to this chap..................I'm annoyed I only got a few shots, he was more than happy to pose away for me and wasn't twitchy at all about being stroked. I was in a bit of a hurry at the time i'm afraid

The hound might be a Newfoundland Retriever. Or just possibly a Clumber Spaniel
Steele, the things you find out after the fact, eh?
Larry, cheers for that. I'll amend it when I get a chance.
just catching up here on my reading... the dog reminds me of a chow chow - really, thats a name of a dog, not very imaginative, i know - but perhaps its not.
Cheers Lex! Whatever they are, they're awesome. It sort of reminds me of the lovely big Labradors that used to live up the road from my father's shop many years ago. Very docile and very huggable (if a little smelly)
You didn't bother about these things when you were six..........
