The Music Never Stops!

The song below comes from a compilation of New Zealand bands I bought about fifteen years ago. It's one of those single label throwaway promo things and since finding it again when i moved house, I've started to play it quite a bit. Some of the stuff on it has dated quite badly, but most of the songs sound pretty fresh. I'll chuck a few more up at a later date if anyone wants to hear them. The compilation is '12 Hours Fast' on Flying Nun. This one is 'Breathe' by JPS Experience. Not sure what the 'JPS' stands for. Could be Jean Paul Sartre, could be John Player Special............

The abbreviation stands for J.P. Sartre. Thank you, Google
I listened to the music and liked it. Thanks for sharing.

That's no problem at all Szelsofa. This is going to be a regular thing, the music posts I mean....

I thought it was Jean Paul Sartre, but was too lazy to look it up...... ;)

I have not heard this in years! In fact, it might be on one of my carefully preserved mix tapes that I haven't quite got around to listening to yet...

If you're going to bung more stuff up off this compilation can I cheekily request some Chris Knox and Headless Chickens.

You might be interested to know that I work with an ex-member of 3Ds. He's a librarian now.

By the way, I have tagged you for a completely stupid meme which you are very, very much free to ignore.

Billy - I thought you'd like it........

Cocktails - I shall bung up a Chris Knox track for ya, for he is ace. Quite liked the 3D's, but the contributions from JPS Experience,Straightjacket Fits, Bats and Chris Knox are my favourites. Does he miss the old life?
Meme accepted. I am currently in the middle of about three or four books, so this gives me plenty to choose from.

Cheers for the Chris Knox stuff - will give it a listen tonight.

Ex-3D man currently plays in another band who are incredibly good. However, he and another ex3D are sick of the whole lark it seems and retiring to an (even more) quiet life back in New Zealand in the next few months.
