It looks like Firhill, home of Partick Thistle FC is on the verge of becoming a fully useable stadium again. Plans to build a retail/housing complex at the city end of the ground will also involve the construction of a 1000 seat stand and ensure that when Thistle do manage to break free of the Scottish 2nd division, they will have a ground very much capable of generating an atmosphere that any player should be able to revel in.
